:: File and defend cases which are brought to our attention in the Courts which have
specific jurisdiction to deal with them;
:: Persistently follow up in all our matters whether they have been filed in courts or not
with all reasonable speed;
:: Updating our clients on all the progress;
:: Giving a legal opinion at the earliest possible moment to our clients;
:: Where we are handling several matters for a particular client we do periodic write
ups updating our clients on their respective files;
:: We have laid special emphasis on all matters in the Lands offices, Motor Vehicle
Registry, as well as Sheria House as this is an area where delays, missing files and
lethargy towards work have been known to slow case procedures. Our Clerk
coordinates everything which needs to be done in these offices and minimizes the
time, which would otherwise be wasted there as we all ensure that searches and
Registration of documents is done promptly;
:: Where we have to execute Court Decrees we employ the services of well tested and
honest Auctioneers of high professional integrity to do the work.
Nevertheless, we are always amenable to adjust our methods should the client insist on more viable options. Our approach also depends heavily on the client's instructions and the specific task being handled. |
